As always, this program will feature analysis of new laws, regulations, and advanced practice trends to help you plan for, and protect your clients’ assets. Topics to be covered this year include Decanting of Trusts, the annual legislative update, Modifying Trusts via NJSA under the Uniform Trust Code (UTC), Ethical Issues in Estate Planning and more!
