The “Nuts and Bolts of Social Security Disability (SSD) Law” will provide an introduction to practitioners about an expanding area of disability benefits that will become more important as the baby boom generation retires. Based on almost thirty years of experience, attorney Richard Neuworth will offer a practical guide to deciding which cases should be taken, navigating the claims process, and will also explain how SSD benefits relates to elder law, personal injury and family law litigation.  If you can’t join us for the live program please check the video replay dates below and also look for the course online within 4-6 weeks of the live program.

ACCREDITATION
We are working on accreditation through the MSBA. Certificate of attendance will he available at the end of the day's program.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Telephone, fax and e-mail registrations, accompanied by a credit card authorization, and regular mail registrations, accompanied by a check or credit card authorization, will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. two (2) days before all regular full-day programs. Registrations at the door will be accepted for regular full-day program; but please call to verify availability, as space will be limited and not guaranteed. Full refund, less $20 for administrative expense, will be made for cancellations received by 5:00 p.m. Monday March 1, 2010. If you register but do not attend or cancel, you will receive the course materials following the program in full consideration of tuition paid.
