The Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA) is committed to the philosophy that Maryland’s judiciary should be of the highest quality and persons on the bench should reflect this in character, integrity, judicial temperament and knowledge. To preserve this tradition, the MSBA Board of Governors has passed a resolution endorsing the following incumbent Appellate Judges who will be on the ballot in November 2006.

These esteemed members of the bench have earned the confidence, respect and support of the Bar. Maryland citizens are fortunate to have judges who are of the highest caliber and well-respected.
