Judge Marcella A. Holland has
been appointed as the administrative judge for the Baltimore City Circuit
Court effective November 8, 2003. Judge Holland will assume the administrative
responsibilities of Judge Ellen M. Heller, who will not seek reappointment
when her term ends on November 7.
