Tatia L. Gordon-Troy has been named associate director of the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s (AILA) Publications Department. Gordon-Troy has served as senior editor of Publications and managing editor of AILA’s Immigration Law Today for four years.

Dallas G. Kingsbury has joined the legal staff of Tyco International as Labor and Employment Counsel for SimplexGrinnell. Kingsbury will continue to reside in Houston, Texas.

Esther H. Lim has become a partner of Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP, where she focuses her practice on patent litigation and counseling in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office.

John C. Hanrahan has joined the Leesburg, Virginia, law firm of Draper & Goldberg, PLLC, where he will continue to practice in the areas of creditors rights, bankruptcy and commercial litigation.

Robin J. Siegel has become Of Counsel to the Law Firm of Jacobs & Dembert, P.A. Siegel focuses her practice on providing corporate and regulatory advice to health care entities, including physician practices.

Michael C. Hodes has been elected to a two-year term as Chairman of the Board and President of the Babe Ruth Museum. Hodes has been a member of the Museum’s board for nearly a decade.

OberKaler announces the election of four new principals: George A. Aitken, Harold G. Belkowitz, Julie E. Kass and Jeffrey A. Regner. Aitken practices in the Estates & Trusts Department in the firm’s Baltimore office; also in the Baltimore office are Kass and Regner, who practice in the Health Law Department and Construction Group, respectively. Belkowitz is a member of the Litigation Department in OberKaler’s Washington, D.C., office.

Sharvari Dalal-Dheini, Aneerban Ari Ghosal, Ranak K. Jasani, Kenneth M. June and Janee L. Schroader have joined Whiteford, Taylor & Preston, LLP, as associates. New additions to the firm’s Baltimore office include: Dalal-Dheini and Jasani (who both join the Business Litigation Law Group), Ghosal (who joins the Labor and Employment Relations practice group) and Schroader (who joins the Business and Corporate Law Group). June joins the Medical Malpractice Law Group in the firm’s Towson office.

William F. Blue and Robert G. Blue have joined Royston, Mueller, McLean & Reid, LLP, as Partners in the law firm’s estate planning and estate administration practice area. Lisa J. McGrath has joined the firm as Of Counsel; she will continue to concentrate her practice in the areas of estate planning and estate trust administration.

Vanessa L. Allen and Brandon Fitzgerald have been appointed co-chairs of the Washington metropolitan area chapter of the American Corporate Counsel Association’s (WMACCA) Diversity Forum. The WMACCA Diversity Forum will present substantive programs that address issues faced by counsel of diverse backgrounds.

The Jewish Coalition Against Domestic Abuse has presented Dorothy Fait with its Barbara Rabkin Eshet Chayil Award, recognizing her work as a strong advocate for the rights of victims of domestic abuse.

Litigation attorneys Glenn E. Bushel and William S. Heyman have become partners with Tydings & Rosenberg LLP. The Baltimore-based law firm also announces the addition of five new associates, including: Susan E. Roberto (Business, Corporate and Tax Department), Toyja E. Kelley (Litigation Department), Matthew C. Brown (Bankruptcy/Creditors’ Rights Department), Jaime W. Luse (Litigation Department) and Jessica L. Harnish (Litigation Department).
