as a partner at the firm of Shawn, Mann & Niedermayer, Roy Niedermayer has
joined the firm of Paley Rothman as a partner.
W. Franklin Coppersmith, III, has been promoted to
Deputy General Counsel at DuPont Photomask, Inc., in Round Rock, Texas. The
company manufactures photomasks, a critical component in the production of
semiconductors.
Raymond S. Butler has relocated his primary law offices
