IN CELEBRATION OF ITS 15TH ANNIVERSARY, the Pro Bono Resource
Center of Maryland (PBRC) asked every living past and current Maryland State
Bar Association President to recommend one attorney who, in their opinion,
best typifies the spirit of pro bono service. PBRC is delighted to honor
