Deborah H. Devan, head of the Bankruptcy Practice

Daily Record as one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women for 2007, due to her
professional success and contributions to her profession and community.
Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett has appointed Howard J. Ross, an
attorney with Shulman, Rogers, Gandal, Pordy & Ecker, P.A., to serve
on the Montgomery County Executive’s Affordable Housing Task Force.
Robert S. Collins, a partner in the Technology and Intellectual Property
section of Whiteford, Taylor & Preston LLP, has been announced as the
newest member of Anne Arundel Tech Council’s Board of Directors.
Offit Kurman has added attorneys B. Marvin “Buddy” Potler and
