Gordon, Feinblatt, Rothman, Hoffberger & Hollander, LLC, announces that MSBA Immediate Past President Alison L. Asti will lead the firm’s Sports and Economic Development Practice Group under the name Asti Strategic Advisors. The group will advise and consult major league, minor league and university sports organizations on facilities planning and development.

Ranak K. Jansani has joined the Baltimore office of Miles & Stockbridge, P.C., as an associate counsel in the firm’s commercial and business litigation group.

Parker, Jr., an attorney in the Housing Group and Transactional Finance Group for Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP, has been elected to the board of the Elijah Cummings Youth Program in Israel. The U.S. Congressman’s program aims to foster positive relations among all ethnic communities in Maryland’s 7th District.

The Maryland Council for Dispute Resolution, the oldest voluntary state-wide association for ADR Professionals, recently appointed Annapolis attorney David A. Simison as Co-Chair of its Certification Committee.

Margaret H. Oliver, a partner with Hodes, Pessin & Katz, P.A., has been elected President of Howard County Collaborative Professionals, Inc.

Strickler, Sachitano & Hatfield, P.A., has added Kelly E. Davis to the firm as an associate who will focus on family law litigation.
