William T. “Bill” Wood was elected to the Board of Trustees of the University of Maryland Baltimore Foundation, Inc.  Wood Is also a member of the University of Maryland University College Board of Advisors.

Honorable Richard C. Goodwin

U.S. Department of Transportation Administrative Law Judge in the Office of Hearings Richard C. Goodwin was elevated to Vice Chair of the ABA’s Judicial Division.

Susan B. Dubin, a Real Estate Practice attorney at Gordon, Feinblatt, Rothman, Hoffberger & Hollander, LLC, has been elected as president of Temple Emanuel of Baltimore, a Reform synagogue in Reisterstown.

Shapiro, Sher, Guinot & Sandler partner Benjamin L. Polakoff was appointed as chair of the Baltimore County Bar Association Real Property Committee.

Ober Kaler selected Kelly M. Preteroti for its annual Pro Bono Distinguished Service Award.  Preteroti is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Group.

Antonio P. “Tony” Salazar joined the Columbia office of Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny, LLC.  Salazar was also elected as the Senior Vice President of the Soccer Association of Columbia/Howard County.

Whiteford, Taylor & Preston added Raymond B. Via, Jr., to their Community Associations Practice in the Washington, D.C. office.

David B. Eberhardt rejoined the Corporate Practice Group of Miles & Stockbridge, P.C.  Eberhardt is a principal in the firm’s Baltimore office.
