Hon. Barbara Kerre Howe

The Honorable Barbara Kerr Howe, a Past President of the Maryland State Bar Association, has been appointed Chair of the Center for Professional Responsibility Coordinating Council of the American Bar Association.

The Honorable Sheila R. Tillerson Adams was appointed the new administrative judge for Prince George’s County Circuit Court and the 7th Circuit, which includes Calvert, Charles, Prince George’s and St. Mary’s counties.

The Board of Directors of the Alzheimer’s Association, Greater Maryland Chapter, appointed M. Chad Malkus, an attorney at Hodes, Pessin & Katz, P.A., as president of the organization for a two-year term.

Thomas B. Hudson, a senior partner at Hudson Cook, LLP, worked with other lawyers at his firm on CARLAW III, Reloaded, the latest book in the CARLAW series produced by CounselorLibrary.com, LLC.

Eva N. Junker joined Michele Zavos Law Group, PLLC, as a partner in charge of the firm’s Family Law Litigation practice.

Hyatt & Weber, P.A., added Seth B. Zirkle as an associate in the firm’s Annapolis office.  Zirkle will practice in business and banking matters.

Joseph S. Johnston and Kathleen M. Parks joined the Hunt Valley, Maryland firm Morgan Carlo Downs & Everton as associates.
