Maryland Bar Bulletin
Publications : Bar Bulletin : November 2012

November kicks off with the always popular Advanced Tax Institute, while the Litigation Section offers a new program this month “Arguing and Opposing Motions for Summary Judgment” to be held at the Wabash District Courthouse with some of our top jurists and litigators presenting as well as hearing the participants practice the skills they learned.

The Estate and Trust Section is presenting “Basic Estate Tax Planning” on November 29 with the new edition of the book that hasn’t been updated since 2008.

Keep an eye on the MSBA website for all upcoming live programs. If you cannot attend the live program many are being webcast concurrent with the live program and you can find these programs available online, on-demand approximately four weeks after the live program, in addition to video replays available in Montgomery County and Baltimore City. All video replays and online programming carry CLE credit just like the live programs. See below for details.
