COURSE MATERIALS: In order to keep costs down, Saturday course materials are offered with registration on CD ROM ONLY.  Paid registrants will be able to download the course materials free of charge two weeks prior to the Conference.  A detailed table of contents of CD-ROM course materials will be distributed at registration.
