1-25-2010 Revisions to ByLaws of 11-30-2009

The case is the latest decision in a custody fight where the bio Mom ,now living in Virginia, has tried to keep the child away from the child’s other (nonbiological) mother. The family had lived in Vermont together where they had a civil union and were both recognized as the child’s parents.
