| This Committee's criminal subcommittee completed
the 2000 Supplement to the Maryland Criminal Pattern Jury Instructions. The
Supplement added several new or revised instructions and comments based on
recent cases, statutes and rules of evidence. The Committee's civil
subcommittee continues its work on the Third Edition. A number of new
instructions were created in the Supplement in the wake of continuing
changes taking place in civil law. Both subcommittees welcome suggestions
and comments related to existing or proposed instructions. |
