MSBA Franchise and Distribution Law Committee Meeting
Date: Tuesday, January 29, 2008
Time: 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Where: Attorney General Office, 200 St. Paul Place, Baltimore, MD 21202
Please join us as Dale Cantone and Peggy Keating discuss recent trends in new franchise registration filings, activities in enforcing the Maryland Franchise Law, initiatives by the National Association of State Securities Administrators (“NASAA”) concerning updates to the UFOC Guidelines, challenges in implementing the revised disclosure requirements and steps that franchisor’s attorneys can take that will help them obtain franchise registrations more quickly.

Security requirements of the Office of the Attorney General require that your name be on a list in order for you to be admitted to the meeting, and seating is limited.
