in enforcing the Maryland Franchise Law, initiatives by the
National Association of State Securities Administrators (“NASAA”) concerning updates to the UFOC Guidelines, challenges in implementing the revised disclosure requirements and steps that franchisor’s
attorneys can take that will help them obtain franchise
registrations more quickly.
