New Preconfirmation Wage Order Requests

The Bankruptcy Court has approved a procedure whereby preconfirmation wage orders may entered at the beginning of chapter 13 cases to assist debtors in making plan payments and potentially providing a more successful road to confirmation. The attached documents and procedures outline how these wage orders can be entered. Note: these preconfirmation wage orders are voluntary and will only be entered with the debtor's consent.
