Physicians, physician group practices, hospitals and other health care facilities
regarding Medicare and Medicaid billing and compliance, Maryland Patient
Referral Law, the Stark Law, the anti-kickback statute, electronic health
records and e-prescribing, and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability
Act (HIPAA).
Level Of Commitment:
