LABOR LAW SECTION
Section Council Appointment Procedure
The Labor & Employment Law Section advertises in
the Section Newsletter for anyone interested in serving on the Council to
contact us. If that doesn't fill our turnover vacancies, we (Exec Council) start
soliciting. We try to keep a balance of Mgmt / Union / Employee / Govt.
advocates. Officers are nominated by the Exec. Committee per our By-Laws, plus
we advertise and additional nominations may be made at the Bar Annual Meeting,
every 2 years. The election is held at the Annual Meeting, after Notice
published to the members.
