The Baltimore County Bar Association will be hosting a number of great events in April, May, and June, including the following:

  • April 19: Family Law Committee – How To Use Your Expert: “Appraisers” (Jury Assembly Area – 5PM)
  • April 24: Young Lawyers’ Committee – Trusts & Estates for the New Practitioner: Estate Planning 101 (Grand Jury Room – 12:15PM)
  • April 25: Family Law Committee – Evolution of Alimony in Maryland, a view from the bench (Gertrude’s at Baltimore Museum of Art – 6PM)
  • April 26: Estates & Trusts Committee – Real Estate Obstacles (Grand Jury Room – 5PM)
  • May 1: Baltimore County Law Day (7:30AM – Breakfast at Martin’s Cranbrook; Noon Ceremony in Courthouse Plaza)
  • May 5: “BCBA Run” is participating with “Team Radcliffe” in this year’s Fiesta 5K to support the Robert Packard Center for ALS Research.  Visit to sign-up.
  • May 15: Young Lawyers’ Committee – Leadership Academy/Baltimore County: Informational Session (Grand Jury Room – 12:15PM)
  • May 15: Estates & Trusts Committee – Register of Wills Legislative Update/Statutory Power of Attorney Update (Grand Jury Room – 5PM)
  • May 16: CLE Committee: Annual Case Update with Judge Joseph F. Murphy, Jr., Retired (Grand Jury Room – 8AM)
  • May 17: Family Law Committee – How To Use Your Expert: “Family Court Services” (Jury Assembly Area – 5PM)
  • June 4: Entertainment Committee – Annual Golf Outing (Hunt Valley Golf Club)
  • June 27: Estates & Trusts Committee – Capacity/Competency and Ethical/Moral Duties (Grand Jury Room – 5PM)
  • June 28: Family Law Committee – How To Use Your Expert: “Parenting Coordinators/Child Development” (Jury Assembly Area – 5PM)

Our Membership Committee also hosts its monthly “Thirsty Thursday” on the second Thursday of each month at 7West Bistro (7 West Chesapeake Ave., Towson)
