Legal Summit & Annual Meeting 2020 Program Proposals:
General Programming

The Maryland State Bar Association (“MSBA”) is now accepting program proposals for its
2020 Legal Summit & Annual Meeting.

Our 2019 Legal Summit & Annual Meeting had over 1100+ participants and featured notable speakers, including former U.S. Attorney, Rod Rosenstein, and CNN Chief Legal Analyst, Jeffrey Toobin. In addition, it provided relevant and exciting programming for a wide variety of practice areas and attorneys in varying different sectors of the profession and stages of their career.

We intend to capitalize on the momentum and buzz surrounding a successful 2019 to make 2020 our best to date. We have confirmed our first keynote speaker, former U.S. Secretary of State, Madeleine Albright, and additional keynote speakers will be announced soon. We invite you to not only take part as one of the many attorneys and legal professionals that come to network, build business, and hone their skills in a family friendly venue, but also build your professional resume by submitting a program proposal.

Programs for the 2020 Legal Summit & Annual Meeting will be 60 minutes in length, and can take place on Wednesday (6/10), Thursday (6/11) or Friday (6/13). We accept proposals on a variety of topic areas, but are particularly interested in reviewing proposals on the following:

  • Emerging technology in other industries and its impact on the legal field
  • Business Transactions, M&A
