The MSBA Department of Learning and Publications is excited to offer the newest presentation of Premarital Agreements – Drafting and Negotiating from the Estates/Trusts and Family Law Perspectives, on Tuesday, December 3rd at the Loyola Graduate Center in Columbia, MD! Experienced practitioners Linda Ravdin and Stephanie Perry will lead a review of the complete process for drafting premarital agreements. Learn the perspectives from both family and estates/trusts law - this is a must for family law or estate/trusts attorneys! If you can’t attend the live program in Columbia, it will be webcast concurrently for viewing around the state and will be available online on-demand one week after the program.  3.5 hours (with 1.0 ethics) credits will be offered to the surrounding MCLE states.
