On December 17, 2019, members of the Environment & Energy Law Section gathered for a morning of networking and to learn about issues that may arise during the 2020 Session of the Maryland General Assembly. The Section was privileged to be joined by Kumar Barve, the Chairman of the House Environment & Transportation Committee. Chairman Barve spent the morning answering questions and providing his insights on a range of issues, from recycling to land use, energy to water. He offered to return to the Section after session for a debrief!
