Join us during your lunch break on Friday, June 12th to listen, learn and participate in a virtual yoga class led by MSBA Director of Member Experience & Programs, Shaoli Katana.

Shaoli Katana is a certified yoga teacher with training and experience in trauma-informed teaching. She incorporates mudras (hand gestures), pranayama (breathwork), and Indian classical dance elements into her practice.

Class will begin with pranayama, then engage in a dynamic, dance-like Vinyasa flow, and a cool down with plenty of restorative postures. We will explore in a safe, supported, and fun way for all levels. Shaoli will incorporate discussion of daily rituals to incorporate yoga and Ayurvedic wellness into your daily life as you navigate Covid-19.

You will feel relaxed, radiant, and ready to face the rest of your day.
