MSBA Recognizes Estate & Trust Law Section with 2020 Best Section Award

In November 2020, MSBA presented its annual Presidential Best Section Project Award to Benefit the Public to the Estate & Trust Law Section. The section was recognized for its work during the COVID-19 pandemic, including draft language that was used as the basis of an executive order by the Governor of Maryland to permit remote document execution.

Now Announcing: MSBA Connect

Estate & Trust Law Section community upgrade

The MSBA is excited to launch our brand new online discussion platform, MSBA Connect! This new tool will replace the current Email Discussion Lists (more commonly referred to as the MSBA’s ListServs) as we modernize our online presence. MSBA Connect will provide members with a more functional and reliable means of connecting with each other well into the future.

Members of the Estate & Trust Law Section can access MSBA Connect right now. Make sure you’re logged in with the email you use for your MSBA account and click the button below. You’ll find detailed FAQs and “How-To” videos to help you get started.
