In November, MSBA presented its 2020 Presidential Best Section Project Award to Benefit the Membership to the Negligence, Insurance & Workers’ Compensation section. MSBA recognized the section’s panel on the “gig economy” and mobile work.
The MSBA is excited to launch our brand new online discussion platform, MSBA Connect! This new tool will replace the current Email Discussion Lists (more commonly referred to as the MSBA’s ListServs) as we modernize our online presence. MSBA Connect will provide members with a more functional and reliable means of connecting with each other well into the future.

The MSBA Negligence, Insurance, & Workers’ Compensation Section strives to further the development of the law concerning negligence, insurance, and workers’ compensation; stimulates and extends the study of these fields of the law; cooperates in obtaining legislation and administration in all matters concerning negligence, insurance, and workers’ compensation; and works to simplify and improve the application of justice in these fields of law.
