Settlement Agreement Generator

 

This easy-to-use online tool streamlines how you can draft your Agreements of Final Compromise and Settlement. It prompts you to answer questions about the variable terms within each unique Agreement and memorializes them in compliance with CMS’s and WCC’s regulations and requirements.

After you enter your information in the generator form, click “Submit” and the generator emails you your Agreement as a properly formatted Word document containing the variable terms and all standard language. After your review, you can edit the Agreement as negotiations or other considerations warrant, just as you would any agreement.
