Join the MSBA for a brand new presentation of Human Capital Risks on Thursday, December 2nd at 10 a.m.!

Since March of 2020, the pandemic along with social and economic justice movements have magnified human capital risks in many different ways and have created and/or exposed compliance, operational, and workforce gaps in most organizations. Organizational leaders must now pay even closer attention to the diversity, culture, enablement (remote and hybrid workers especially), retention, and productivity aspects of their workforce.

This session will cover:

  • Various areas of human capital risk and how they impact the organization (i.e. attraction and retention, the increasing need for digital skills, labor shortages, employee benefits and pay, alternative work arrangements, and the evolving legislative and regulatory landscape)
  • Insights relative to employee experience and why it is important to discover what is working and not working well, and how this impacts employee behaviors, attitudes, and productivity
  • Methods for supporting and managing flexible work environments in response to changing workforce expectations, while achieving optimum performance, efficiency, and competitive advantages in the search for talent
  • Adjustments to leadership approaches and styles necessary to provide the transparency, encouragement, and motivation for a highly resilient workforce

Presented by Fred L. Hencke, Senior Vice President, Segal Management and HR Consultant, M&A Solution Leader
