Join the MSBA Learning and Publications Department for the new presentation of Lawyers and Stress – Identifying it; Learning from it; Responding to it , on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 in Baltimore, MD.

And from that information, you could find healthy ways to respond so that you can stand resilient when faced with the daily challenges that come with being a lawyer. All it takes is some practice!

Spend a little time with Jennifer Dill, a mindfulness-trained attorney with an active domestic and estate litigation practice, who will share with you tools you can use right away to better manage the day-to-day stress that comes with being a lawyer!
