The Maryland Judiciary has convened a Medical Malpractice Workgroup aimed at improving processes and efficiency of medical malpractice litigation.  The Workgroup is currently seeking input and feedback from members of the Bar related to the handling of medical malpractice litigation in the Courts.  For example, the Workgroup  has discussed the lack of uniformity in scheduling orders across Maryland jurisdictions.
