On Friday, April 17, James Hyland and MSBA hosted a webinar to guide participants through simple, accessible, effective ways to quiet their minds and release stress. James is a Wellness Educator and Coach with SparkVision, where he and his wife MaryBeth create environments where people thrive, at home, at work, and within.

The program combined breath work, gratitude, meditation, journaling, movement and affirmations. It was a wonderful and fun way to decompress and feel grounded during these difficult times.
