MSBA’s 2021-2022 Leadership Academy is proud to present its Spring 2022 Service Project – Youth Conflict Resolution Workshop!

The Leadership Fellows will facilitate a program for under-served youth and young adults focusing on conflict resolution skills applicable to participants’ day-to-day lives. The program will culminate with attendees deploying newly-learned skills to de-escalate hypothetical real-world situations using various conflict resolution skills taught in the program. 

The overarching goals of the Workshop are to create an engaging environment where attendees will begin initial development of positive conflict resolution skills they can use immediately in their personal and professional lives to cultivate community and avoid violence, the criminal justice system, or civil litigation.

9:00 – 9:30 AM Check-in 
9:30 – 3:00 PM Program

Parking:
A free parking lot is available adjacent to the facility, and paid lots and street parking are available

Space is limited. Registration will be capped at 50 people.
