ADR Spring Seminar and Chief Judge Bell Award Presentation

Schedule:
2:00pm – 4:15pm Panel Discussion on the Standards of Conduct for Mediators

The panelists will discuss their participation on the Work Group of Standards of Conduct for Mediators for the Judicial Council’s ADR Committee. The panelists will share what was considered during the development of the Standards, discuss how the standards affect your practice, work on a particular ethical scenario, and field questions, if time permits, about the Standards. This panel discussion and training is designed with the 2-hour ethics requirement in mind.

The panel discussion is intended to help mediators meet their continuing education requirements under Title 17 of the Maryland Rules.
