The MSBA is offering an all virtual, interactive Advanced Mediation Training: Mediator Ethics and Choices that Impact Neutrality on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 from 8:45 am to 1pm!

This experiential training will comply with the continuing education requirements for Maryland circuit court mediators. Together, trainers Ellen Kandell and Barbara Williams have over 45 years of legal experience as practicing attorneys, mediators, trainers and professors.
Seating is limited so register now! 4.0 hours of MCLE including ethics credit will be offered from the surrounding MCLE states.
Ethics is defined various ways by many different theorists. We will explore several of these in the mediation field.
