Civil Pre-Trial Practice & Preparing a Trial Notebook Workshop

Description

Join the MSBA on Day 2 of the MSBA Legal Excellence Week as it presents an all new event, Civil Pre-Trial Practice & Preparing a Trial Notebook Workshop on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 9:00 a.m.

A team of experienced litigators, including Steve Vinick, Kathleen Cahill, Tiffani Collins, and Adam Spence, will guide attendees through the post discovery phase of preparing for trial. From the close of discovery, through a motion for summary judgement, to opening statement. One of the important takeaways of this training will be learning to organize, assemble and use a trial notebook. Top litigators won’t go to trial without one. Wrap up a great day of practical learning with a networking reception with faculty and colleagues.

If you’re interested in any other programs taking place during Legal Excellence Week, there’s a discount available for registering for more than one program. You can find more details about additional LEW programming here.

Five hours of CLE credit will be offered for the surrounding MCLE states. If you’re unable to attend the live in-person event in November, the entire event will be recorded and available to you to view later. You can pre-purchase the OnDemand HERE.
