Charles A. “Chuck” Borek, Esq., CPA, of the Borek Group, LLC will address the specific legal foundations to use and analyze typical contract language and boilerplate provisions, along with guidance on contract architecture. The program will explore the development of a typical contract – from identifying the parties at the beginning, to specific provisions, to “back of the document” boilerplate language.
The latest edition of Mr. Borek’s book, Contract Drafting and Review for the Maryland Lawyer, is coming soon and registrants will be offered a 10% discount on the book when it becomes available.
Viewers will have the chance to submit questions during the livestream as well as ahead of the presentation to Criselle Anderson at criselle@msba.org
Four hours of credits will be offered to the surrounding MCLE states. This program is also approved for 4.0 general credits by the National Federation of Paralegal Associations Inc. (NFPA)
If you miss the livestream, it will always be available on-demand on the MSBA CLE catalog.
