The pandemic has seriously affected incomes and business valuations in the present and future. The long term effects of that reduction in income and business value will continue to be present for the foreseeable future. A panel of three Circuit Judges will be presented with 5 different factual scenarios and provide discussion on how they would rule based on the facts provided. Additionally, a legislative overview of the past session will be provided and the all new family law/juvenile cases in the last year will be analyzed.

One hour of CLE credit will be offered to the surrounding MCLE states.
