Please join us for a joint networking event with members of the Estates and Trusts Section and Elder Law Section.   The evening will begin with a networking session, followed by 45-minute presentation on the newly enacted Trust Decanting statute to provide an overview of the new law.  After the presentation, there will be another opportunity to catch up with, and meet new, members and friends of both sections. This has been a very well attended event in previous years and is expected to be this year as well.
