Lisa Cohn is the Supervisor of Employer Services at the Ignite Career Center at Jewish Community Services. With extensive corporate and nonprofit HR and career services experience, Lisa helps employer partners using her thorough understanding of business hiring needs. She develops and maintains relationships with local, regional, and global employers to develop in-person, hybrid, and remote work opportunities for both businesses and career center clients. She also facilitates employer and client seminars, workshops, and training sessions. Lisa has a MS in Human Resource Development from Towson University and a PHR Certification from The Society of Human Resource Management. In her free time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 daughters (4 and 8), reading, getting together with friends, walking and anything outdoors, and traveling.

Andrea Fenwick is the Senior Manager of Employment Support Services. She oversees an array of specialized vocational and employment services. Andrea has over 25 years of experience in disability support services. Before joining JCS, Andrea served as the Central Region Director of Residential services at Spectrum Support Inc. where she oversaw residential homes supporting individuals dually diagnosed with behavioral challenges. She also previously worked at Mid-Atlantic Human Services as a Project Director of Residential Supports and at Kennedy Krieger Institute where she coordinated the Developmental Disabilities Administration’s behavioral supports grant. Andrea serves on a number of service-related advisory groups, including the Baltimore Jewish Abilities Alliance, the Baltimore Metro Transition Council, the DDA Central Region Core Transition Council, and the Maryland Association of Community Services.
