Experienced practitioners will present a comprehensive program that will include Federal, Maryland case and legislative, Supreme Court updates and more! The afternoon session will include a Q&A session with an EEOC judge and the general counsel of the MD Commission on Civil Rights.

*6.0 hours of CLE credit including .5 ethics will be offered by the surrounding MCLE states. *Approval of CLE hours pending for Virginia.
