Join the MSBA Labor & Employment Law Section for the newest presentation of Employment Law Institute on March 17, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. for Day 4 of MSBA Legal Excellence Week!

Experienced practitioners will present a comprehensive program that will include Federal and Maryland case and legislative law, Supreme Court updates and more!  The afternoon session will include a Q&A session with an EEOC judge and the general counsel of the MD Commission on Civil Rights.

6.0 hours of CLE credit will be offered by the surrounding MCLE states along with 6.0 general credits by the National Federation of Paralegal Associations Inc. (NFPA).
