Join the MSBA Labor & Employment Law Section for the newest presentation of Employment Law Institute on November 18, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. for Day 4 of MSBA Legal Excellence Week!

Experienced practitioners will present a comprehensive program that will include Federal, Maryland case and legislative, Supreme Court updates and more!  The afternoon session will include a Q&A session with an EEOC judge and the general counsel of the MD Commission on Civil Rights.

Guidance from these various resources changes often.  You will receive an email approximately seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date with details related to any guidelines in place at that time.
