Join the MSBA Labor & Employment Law Section for the newest presentation of Employment Law Institute on Tuesday, April 16th, 2024 at 9 a.m. at the DoubleTree by Hilton Columbia.

During this comprehensive full day program, experienced practitioners will present updates on Federal and Maryland case law, Maryland legislative developments, wage and hour law, the National Labor Relations Act, and the Maryland Public Employee Labor Relations Act. The Program will also include panels covering strategies for successfully mediating employment disputes, a Q&A with representatives from the EEOC and MD Commission on Civil Rights, a View from the Federal Bench (featuring the Honorable J. Mark Coulson), and more!

6.0 hours of CLE credit will be offered by the surrounding MCLE states. If you’re unable to attend the live in-person event in January, the entire event will be recorded and available to you to view later. You can pre-purchase the OnDemand HERE.
