Environment & Energy Law Section Annual Dinner

Description

Please join the MSBA’s Energy & Environment Section for a discussion of Emerging Contaminants, how these contaminants are and will be regulated in Maryland, and the fundamental considerations for counsel and their clients. We are honored to be joined by Maryland State Senator Sarah K. Elfreth. Senator Elfreth authored the first of its kind legislation in Maryland addressing PFAS, an Emerging Contaminant found in firefighting foam and other sources. Nathan Epler, Ph.
