In this program, we will give an overview of important changes in the law from the 2022 legislative session that impact estate planners.  We will also provide a focused discussion on supported decision making agreements to explain what they are, how they can be used to help avoid guardianships, how they intersect with formal fiduciary relationships and what concerns may be associated with their use.
