The MSBA is excited to offer the newest virtual presentation of Essentials of Maryland Practice on October 18, 19, 25, 26, 2023 at 9 a.m.! 

Learn from our seasoned faculty, the essentials of Maryland law practice in 16 civil practice areas. This comprehensive four part virtual course will provide the nuts and bolts for new lawyers looking for real-world know-how, and be a touchstone for seasoned practitioners who trust its reliable, concise authority. Areas of law covered include Business Organizations, Real Estate Transactions, Traffic, Divorce, Estate Administration, and more! 

The course book will be the publication “Practice Manual for the Maryland Lawyer, Sixth Edition“, which is scheduled to publish in September. Receive a 15% discount coupon code for the publication when you register for the virtual program.
