The MSBA Family and Juvenile Law Section is excited to offer an all new livestream program, The Family Law Trial Evening Series: From Client Selection to Closing Argument beginning on January 27, 2021 at 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. 

Join top notch faculty for a four part series, with each two hour session occurring monthly, and covering the critical nuts and bolts of handling a family law matter, including:

Part 1: Wednesday, January 27, 2021- Initial Consultation, Retaining and Communicating with the Client 

 Part 2: Wednesday, February 17, 2021 – The Discovery Phase 

Part 3: Wednesday, March 24, 2021 Negotiations and Settling the Case 

Part 4 – Wednesday, April 28, 2021Trial Preparation


It’s not too late to register! If you miss Parts 1-3 of the series, you can still register and receive the on-demand of the previous series’ sessions! 

8.0 hours of credit will be offered for the surrounding MCLE states. If you miss the livestream, it will always be available here on-demand on the MSBA CLE catalog.
