MSBA member Sahmra Stevenson will be leading a Mobility & Mindfullness class on August 14th. Sahmra is a solo practitioner who runs her business on prioritizing  wellness, health and peace of mind.

Sahmra launched her YouTube Channel in 2018 to post about lifestyle choices and incorporating wellness into busy schedules. In the fall of 2019, she began pursuing certification in mindfulness coaching and now enjoys working with clients to help them meet both their business and wellness goals.

Mobility & Mindfulness is the perfect way to show your body some love. It can be used as an active recovery to any workout, a warm-up or cool-down, or simply a great break from sitting at your desk to stretch your body.
