Please join the MSBA on May 7th at 12:00pm for another Fit Friday Session. MSBA member, Alaina Rumbley will be leading this fun, light cardio workout to burn fat and tone your core without any crunches or sit-ups! Get your workout in during lunch with this 30 minute circuit.

This workout can be completed anywhere – in your house, apartment, out at a park, in your basement, office, wherever. No equipment is needed for this workout.
