We are all feeling the anxiety and stress of the ongoing threat of coronavirus. With the constant news updates, non-stop reminders about washing your hands, the daily COVID-19 updates can be overwhelming and stressful. It’s important to keep active, even in this time of quarantine. Studies have shown that exercise can improve your mental health by lowering stress.
As we have come together to deal with this pandemic, we need to prioritize both our physical and mental health and well-being in order to stay strong and well. Please join us at our new lunchtime Friday series (beginning May 29) to learn healthy work-from-home habits, fitness activities, healthy eating, and work life balance to employ during COVID-19. You may even learn a new dance move!
